Tuna, my friend and neighbor

Two doors down is where my neighbor Nate Grant, aka Tuna, lives. Tuna is an amazingly gifted and talented blade smith and so it is no surprise that we decided to combine our talents and create some special charcuterie boards for our customers.

Tuna “invented” a knife for use with charcuterie boards that I made. The knives are called Knoons which is a cross between a knife and a spoon. It has an edge for cutting meats or slicing cheese and has a rounded tip that works for scooping jams, jellies, humice or whatever. As you will see, the charcuterie board is shaped to accommodate the Knoon where it is held in place by magnets that are embedded in the board.

Below you will find images that are linked to Tuna’s website where any purchases of these items can be made.

I hope you find something you like!

Smile and be kind to everyone you meet,

Will
